Once your design is finalised, SB Architectural Design will act as your agent, managing all applications and correspondence with all local authorities on your behalf, including providing documentation support your application.
We cover a number of applications on your behalf, including but not limited to:
- Planning Applications (full or householder)
- Lawful Development Applications (permitted development)
- Build-over Agreements with local water companies
- Vehicle Crossovers
- Change of Use for commercial/residential properties etc.
