Boundstone Lane was a contemporary kitchen / family room extension in Lancing, transforming the cellular kitchen / lounge arrangement into an open plan living space, providing more floor space on the ground floor.
The new living space on the ground floor allowed more connection with the garden by allowing it to open up. The project also included modernisation of the dated exterior with an updated material palette.
